Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that means universal life force energy, and flows through all of life. It’s an original therapy founded by Mikao Usui.

Rei-Universal Life Force & Ki-Energy

This Ki, which is energy, keeps all entities alive and healthy. Illnesses are caused by disturbances in the healthy flow of ki. These disturbances may be caused by stress, injuries, emotions or negative thoughts and beliefs. Since stress is the main cause of disease, releasing this stress on an energetic level strengthens the immune system, preventing sickness. Reiki rebalances and realigns your energy field, moving out the negative vibrational energy and replacing it with universal life force energy. This shift in energy leaves you feeling rebalanced rejuvenated and relaxed!

Noelle’s Reiki Process

Before she begins the session, she’ll ask you if you’re dealing with any issues so she knows the best way to proceed. Then she’ll talk about what you’d like to receive during the healing – such as relaxation, clarity, pain relief or rejuvenation for example.

During the Reiki, you’ll lay on a massage table fully clothed and covered up with a sheet. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive hands on technique. she’ll start by lightly placing her hands on your head and work her way down your body. There are 14 different hand positions.

You lie on your back first, and then she’ll let you know when it’s time to turn over on your stomach so she can work on your back. If you have a certain injury or issue you’re dealing with she’ll adjust my time to concentrate on that area. If you can’t lie on your back or turn over you can sit in a chair or just lay on one side of your body. The Reiki will work in any position.

Relax and Receive Healing Energy

During the session you may fall asleep, or drift in and out of consciousness. You may feel tingling in your body or heat coming out of her hands. Since Reiki moves energy blocks, an emotion such as sadness or anger may be released. She has tissues! You may have images or memories come up in your mind, that’s just the body and mind relaxing. As you allow yourself to let go and relax during the session, you’re more open to receive and feel the total relaxation of your body, mind and Spirit!

  • Decompress at intervals, work suffers
  • Rearrange your schedule to ADD healthy activities in your life
  • Work smarter, not harder

Healthy Eating/Meal Prep

  • What you put into your body is what is going to come out
  • Poor nutritional habits does not happen overnight; it slowly build up over time
  • Doesn’t mean “chewing on broccoli” or going cold-turkey
    • Slow changes to a healthier eating habit
  • Don’t make it a torture method; there are a lot of alternatives to eating health
  • Ashley started at 208 lbs and lost 80 lbs by slowly changing her nutrition
  • Easier in todays day-and-age to find healthier habits
  • Focus on building healthy habits with fuel for your body

Take it One Step at A Time

  • Do not jump into the deep end. Walk yourself out there
  • You do not have to give up what you love; gradually reduce the quantity while looking for alternatives
  • Find alternatives for what you already like. You’ll be surprised at what you’ll find
  • Incorporate exercise with your healthy nutrition
  • Start slow if you are not avtive
  • Hire a professional to help build that strong and firm foundation
  • Start to move that body!

Your Body is 50% of your Business

  • Put exercise in the way of your daily life
  • Park as far away as possible when shopping
  • We all get the same amount of time in a day; what we choose to spend that time on is important
    • A common mistake as professional is that we neglect our bodies
    • Chronic issues such as disease, pain, and fatigue can arise
  • You’re going to add so much productivity to your life

Workout you can Do In Your Home

  • Easy to do a small mini home-gym
  • Ab ball for core exercises
  • Set of resistance bands
  • Chair/box for stepups
  • Wall squats
  • Resistance training is powerful
  • Nothing supplements resistance training (weights)

Work Hard; Play Hard

  • Important to get rest and relaxation
  • More production does not mean more output with your body
  • We’re not machines, you need rest!
  • Reset your mind/body
  • De-clutter/De-clog your head

Build a Support Network

  • Similar with your business, you don’t and shouldn’t go at it alone
  • Getting support with your friends, colleagues, professionals
  • Build that routine
  • Have partners who can keep you accountable
  • Surroundings and close-knit circle with unhealthy habits can be a challenge
    • Create a circle of people who can help and motivate you to grow
    • You’ll also slowly encourage your unhealthy habit circle as well
